Ingredients

• 1 pkg 6-inch flour tortillas
• oil
• 1 small bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 small bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 c finely chopped tomato tiny pieces
• dried cilantro in a jar or fresh minced

Directions

1. Fry

3. tortilla
4. in 14 inch of hot oil until crisp and golden turning once
5. Drain and place tortillas on paper towels Sprinkle

9. combined cheese then tomato pieces and sprinkle of dried cilantro
10. Microwave each tortilla approximately 1 minute until cheese is melted Using scissors cut tortillas into quarters
11. Serve warm
