Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef sausage or turkey
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 135 oz can evaporated milk
• 34 tsp seasoned salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 deep dish pie crust
• 1 small can mushrooms drained
• 1 12 c grated cheese
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
• 14 tsp garlic salt
• 13 c green pepper chopped

Directions

1. Brown meat and drain Saute onion and pepper in a small amount of fat Mix meat sauteed vegetables cheese mushrooms flour and put into piecrust Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat mixture Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until firm May be frozen Serves 4
