Quiche Parmesana

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch baked pie crust
  • 1 c egg substitute 8 oz
  • 34 c water
  • 23 c nonfat dry milk
  • 12 c cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients minus pie shell in blender
  2. Cover blend at high speed at least 1 minute
  3. Pour mixture into crust Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  4. Let stand 10 minutes
  5. Serves 6
