Quiche Parmesana

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch baked pie crust
- 1 c egg substitute 8 oz
- 34 c water
- 23 c nonfat dry milk
- 12 c cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Place all ingredients minus pie shell in blender
- Cover blend at high speed at least 1 minute
- Pour mixture into crust Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Let stand 10 minutes
- Serves 6
