Quick And Easy Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 c each broccoli flowerets red pepper strips and carrot slices
- 14 c green onion
- 12 c miracle whip
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 12 tsp ground ginger
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat
- Cut chicken into strips Add to skillet with garlic
- Stir-fry 3 minutes
- Add vegetables Stir-fry for 3 minutes
- Reduce heat to medium
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Simmer for 1 minute
- Serve over rice Serves 4
