Quick And Easy Maple Custard

Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 12 c maple syrup
- 2 c milk
- dash of salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour into individual molds such as small custard dishes or very small souffle cups
- Set molds in a pan of hot water and bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes or until the blade of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean Serve warm or chilled
