Quick Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 8 oz whipped topping
• 1 can sliced apples
• 12 c rolled oats
• 12 c brown sugar
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 stick margarine
• 12 c flour
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix cake as directed on box
2. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan
3. Drain apples
4. Place apples on top of batter Mix remaining ingredients together except whipped topping and sprinkle evenly over apples
5. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean
6. Cool and top with whipped topping
