Quick Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Snackin Cake banana walnut cake mix
- 23 c water
- 12 c mashed ripe bananas
- 14 c flour
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease bottom only of loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inches
- Mix all ingredients in bowl
- Stir with fork until batter is uniform color about 1 12 minutes
- Pour into pan Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean 40 to 50 minutes Cool 10 minutes
