Quick Beer Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c packaged biscuit mix
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 oz can beer
Directions
- Combine biscuit mix flour and sugar
- Add eggs and beer Beat about 1 minute or until well blended
- Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan spreading evenly
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes Cool on wire rack
