Quick Breads Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 34 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 12 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- 2 c blueberries
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c butter
Directions
- Thoroughly cream shortening and 34 cup sugar add egg and beat until light and fluffy
- Mix together 2 cups flour baking powder and salt add to creamed mixture alternately with milk
- Spread in greased 11 x 7 x 1 12-inch pan
- Top with berries
- Mix 12 cup sugar 12 cup flour and cinnamon cut in butter until crumbly Sprinkle over berries
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Cut in squares
- Serve warm
