Quick Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can corned beef hash
  • 1 Tbsp onion chopped
  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • butter

Directions

  1. Combine hash and onion in bowl mix well
  2. Form into eight 3-inch rolls
  3. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves cook for 2 minutes then drain
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Place roll on each leaf roll up
  6. Secure with toothpicks
  7. Place in baking dish dot with butter
  8. Dissolve bouillon cube in 34 cup hot water pour over cabbage rolls
  9. Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes
