Quick Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can corned beef hash
- 1 Tbsp onion chopped
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- butter
Directions
- Combine hash and onion in bowl mix well
- Form into eight 3-inch rolls
- Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves cook for 2 minutes then drain
- Add salt and pepper
- Place roll on each leaf roll up
- Secure with toothpicks
- Place in baking dish dot with butter
- Dissolve bouillon cube in 34 cup hot water pour over cabbage rolls
- Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes
