Quick Caramel Frosting
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar packed
- 14 c milk
- 1 34 to 2 c sifted confectioners sugar
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add brown sugar boil over low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly
- Add milk stirring until milk comes to a boil
- Cool
- Add sugar beating after each addition until spreadable
