Quick Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 14 c cream
- 2 c confectioners sugar
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add brown sugar
- Cook until blended and slightly thickened stirring constantly
- Cool slightly
- Add cream
- Beat until smooth
- Add confectioners sugar gradually until right consistency to spread
