Quick Cheese Sauce In The Microwave

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp white wine
- 1 c milk
- 14 c shredded cheese
Directions
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 2-cup glass measuring cup about 30 seconds
- Whisk in 1 tablespoon flour and salt and pepper to taste
- Gradually add 1 tablespoon white wine and 1 cup milk Whisk until smooth
- Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes stirring every minute until sauce thickens
- Stir in 14 cup shredded cheese until melts
