Quick Cheesy PotatoesMicrowave

Ingredients

• 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
• 2 little green onions chopped
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 c sour cream
• 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 12 to 1 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish cook potatoes on High in microwave until tender
2. Add remaining ingredients cook until heated all the way through and cheese is melted
3. Makes 12 to 16 servings
