Quick Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 2 9-inch deep dish pie crusts
- 1 can potato soup or cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 2 small cans chopped chicken
Directions
- Combine soup vegetables and chicken together and pour into one of the pie crusts uncooked
- Dot with butter and sprinkle on a little black pepper
- Take second pie crust and press out flat place on top of pie for the cover
- Slit a few places to let air out as it cooks
- Cook until golden brown in a 350 oven
- When done brush with butter on top crust
