Quick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 9-inch deep dish pie crusts
  • 1 can potato soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 2 small cans chopped chicken

Directions

  1. Combine soup vegetables and chicken together and pour into one of the pie crusts uncooked
  2. Dot with butter and sprinkle on a little black pepper
  3. Take second pie crust and press out flat place on top of pie for the cover
  4. Slit a few places to let air out as it cooks
  5. Cook until golden brown in a 350 oven
  6. When done brush with butter on top crust
