Quick Corn Mazatlon

Ingredients

• 1 17 oz can whole kernel golden sweet corn
• 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 4 oz can Ortega diced green chiles
• 14 c chopped red pepper

Directions

1. Drain corn reserving 2 tablespoons liquid
2. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in saucepan
3. Heat and blend until smooth Stir in remaining ingredients
4. Makes 4 to 6 servings
