Quick Corn Relish

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can Mexican-style corn
- 13 c sugar
- 13 c white vinegar
- 13 c sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 12 tsp celery seeds
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan bring to a boil over medium heat
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes
- Remove to a bowl cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours
- Yield 2 cups
