Quick Delicious Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

• 5 c cut up rhubarb stalk
• 3 c sugar
• 1 pkg strawberry jello

Directions

1. Mix and let stand in refrigerator overnight the first 2 ingredients
2. Bring to rolling boil for 15 minutes
3. Add strawberry jello
4. Cool and serve on toast or as desired
