Quick Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 1 15 oz can condensed milk
• 34 c Key lime juice

Directions

1. Break eggs lightly then add condensed milk to the yolk and beat again
2. Add lime juice and beat until smooth
3. Pour mixture into a 9-inch baked pastry shell
4. Top with meringue and bake in a slow oven until meringue is brown
