Quick Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients

• 3 c water
• 34 c sugar
• 1 16 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate

Directions

1. Combine water and sugar bring to a full boil
2. Simmer for 5 minutes
3. Stir in lemonade cool to lukewarm
4. Pour into refrigerator tray to freeze
5. During the first hour of freezing stir vigorously 2 or 3 times to ensure smooth and fine grain
