Quick Lunch Box Cake

Ingredients

• 2 14 c all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 14 c butter softened
• 1 17 oz can fruit cocktail undrained
• 12 c semi-sweet chocolate pieces
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts
2. Blend at low speed until moistened beat 2 minutes at medium speed scraping bowl occasionally
3. Add chocolate and nuts and mix
4. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center
