Quick Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 1 egg
• 1 can Spanish Rice
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and put into loaf pan Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes
