Quick Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c cooked rice
  • 1 can hot tamales
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • Velveeta or Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spray Pam in a 9 x 13-inch or 8 x 8-inch baking dish
  2. Put cooked rice in dish
  3. Place hot tamales which have been unwrapped and cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces on top of the rice
  4. Spread the can of chili on top of the hot tamales
  5. Slice or grate cheese on top of hot tamales
  6. Bake in a 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbling
  7. You may heat in microwave
  8. Serve warm with chip and cheese dip
