Quick Mexican Venison

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground venison
  • 1 23 oz can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 15 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 13 c diced onion
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper

Directions

  1. Brown venison drain any grease
  2. In a large stew pot add all ingredients and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce temperature to a simmer Simmer for 30 minutes
  4. Season to taste with garlic salt and black pepper
