Quick Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
- 2 c diced zucchini
- 12 c small tubular shaped pasta
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 14 12 oz can Italian tomatoes chopped
- 1 16 oz can red
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas and carrots
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a large pan bring to a boil
- Cover reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until pasta is done stirring occasionally
- Yields 9 servings
- One cup per serving
- Top with Parmesan cheese grated
