Quick Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• yellow cake mix
• 12 c peanut butter
• 14 c sugar optional
• 13 c water
• about 60 Hersheys Kisses

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a medium size bowl mix cake mix water and peanut butter until blended
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls
4. Put the sugar in a bowl and roll the dough balls in it until covered
5. Place dough balls on a cookie sheet about 1-inch apart
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cookie separates
7. Then place chocolate candy on center and press down until cookie separates around edges
8. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
