Quick Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 qt favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage ground or hamburger
- 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
- oregano
- 8 English muffins split
Directions
- Put English muffins on cookie sheet
- Fry Italian sausage and drain
- Crumble
- Spoon sauce on muffin halves
- Top with sausage shredded cheese and sprinkling of oregano
- Broil until bubbly
