Quick Quiche

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 12 c milk
• 1 or 1 12 lb bulk sausage
• 12 c mushrooms
• 14 c onions
• 1 c cheese
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 2 pie shells

Directions

1. Brown sausage with onions and mushrooms drain well
2. Mix eggs milk salt and pepper add sausage mixture
3. Pour into pie shells
4. Bake at 350 until knife comes out clean
