Quick Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 12 c water
  • 14 c oil
  • 1 large bottle red food coloring
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round or heart-shaped pans
  3. In a large bowl combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened beat 2 minutes at high speed
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched in center
  5. Cool 15 minutes remove from pans Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
