Quick Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 14 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in water Add shortening egg and salt
- Gradually work in flour Cover and let rise for 45 minutes Roll out and cut into rolls
- Place on baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes
