Quick Salami

Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Tender Quick meat cure salt
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 c water
- 14 tsp onion powder
- 12 tsp pepper
- 18 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 14 tsp mustard seed
Directions
- Mix all together mold into 3 rolls
- Wrap in plastic wrap Refrigerate for 24 hours
- Unwrap and bake on a rack in pan in a 300 oven for 1 12 to 2 hours
- May be frozen
