Quick Salmon Pate

Ingredients

  • 7 oz can salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 whole green onions chopped
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 drops liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Drain salmon and reserve juice
  2. Whirl salmon cream cheese green onions and pepper in a food processor fitted with metal blade
  3. Add liquid smoke and about 1 teaspoon of reserved juice Keep refrigerated
  4. Serve with crackers
  5. Makes 1 cup
