Quick Shrimp And Rice

Ingredients

  • 14 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp margarine or butter softened
  • 3 c cooked shrimp or other seafood
  • 14 c margarine or butter
  • 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 c hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Toss bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon margarine
  2. Cook and stir shrimp in 14 cup margarine until hot
  3. Stir in soup milk and lemon juice
  4. Heat stirring frequently until hot
  5. Serve over hot rice
  6. Sprinkle with bread crumbs
  7. Makes 4 or 5 servings
