Quick Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 14 to 12 tsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 c condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 lb shrimp cooked
- 1 small can peas
- 3 c cooked rice
Directions
- Cook onion garlic and curry powder in butter until onion is tender
- Stir in soup milk shrimp and peas
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes stir frequently
- Serve over rice
- Serve with fruit salad
