Quick Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 can whole kernel corn drained
• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 c Bisquick
• 1 c milk
• 2 large eggs

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Brown ground beef and onion drain
3. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
4. Stir in seasoning mix dry tomato sauce and corn
5. Sprinkle with cheese
6. Stir remaining ingredients until blended
7. Pour over beef mixture Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown
8. Serve with sour cream chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired
9. Makes 8 to 10 servings
