Quick Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 c leftover meat chopped beef or chicken
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c water
- 1 bouillon cube beef or chicken
- 1 uncooked potato cubed
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- In a medium saucepan brown meat in heated oil
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potato is tender
- Serves 4
