Quick Veggie Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 14 12 oz cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 13 34 oz cans beef broth
- 2 14 oz cans mixed vegetables
- 12 or 1 c uncooked medium egg noodles
- 12 tsp oregano
Directions
- In large pot brown meat and onion
- Cook until onion is tender
- Drain salt and pepper to taste
- Put in remaining ingredients stir
- Bring to boil
- Reduce heat simmer covered for 15 minutes or until noodles are tender
- Makes 6 servings
