Quick White Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 12 to 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c milk

Directions

1. Melt butter and flour stir 3 to 4 minutes until blended Slowly stir in milk
2. Cook and stir until thick and smooth
