Quik Cookies
Ingredients
- 34 c Bisquick
- 1 pkg instant Jell-O pudding any flavor
- 14 c cooking oil
- 1 egg unbeaten
Directions
- Mix Bisquick and pudding together
- Add oil and beaten egg Mix all ingredients together
- Shape into small balls
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten with glass dipped into sugar as it will stick otherwise
- Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
