Rabbit Baked In Mustard Garlic And Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 rabbits cut up
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon
  • 1 Tbsp dried garlic
  • 13 c minced parsley
  • 12 tsp dried tarragon
  • salt
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 34 c heavy cream
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Coat rabbit pieces with mustard
  2. Mix minced garlic pastry and tarragon with a little salt and sprinkle half over the rabbit Combine the vinegar and broth and pour into a large baking dish Sprinkle the remaining garlic minced parsley and tarragon over then put the rabbit pieces on top
