RachelS Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c Brazil nuts
  • 2 c walnuts
  • 1 c pecans
  • 1 lb pitted dates cut in half
  • 1 8 oz jar maraschino cherries drained
  • 34 c flour
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs well beaten

Directions

  1. Chop nuts
  2. Place all nuts drained cherries and dates in a large bowl
  3. Sift flour baking powder salt and sugar together Coat the fruit and nuts with dry ingredients
  4. Add vanilla to eggs and pour over coated fruit and nuts mix well
