RadicanS Seafood Shrimp Mold
Ingredients
- 3 small pkg cream cheese
- 1 c tomato soup
- 2 pkg Knox gelatine
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 34 c chopped celery
- 34 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 1 12 c cooked shrimp or 1 can or medium shrimp
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Soak gelatine in 14 cup cold water
- Heat soup to boil
- Add gelatine to soup and cool
- Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise mix into gelatine
- Add chopped vegetables
- Place in a 2-quart mold and refrigerate until jelled
- Serve with crackers
