RadicanS Seafood Shrimp Mold

Ingredients

  • 3 small pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c tomato soup
  • 2 pkg Knox gelatine
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 34 c chopped celery
  • 34 c chopped onion
  • 12 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 12 c cooked shrimp or 1 can or medium shrimp
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Soak gelatine in 14 cup cold water
  2. Heat soup to boil
  3. Add gelatine to soup and cool
  4. Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise mix into gelatine
  5. Add chopped vegetables
  6. Place in a 2-quart mold and refrigerate until jelled
  7. Serve with crackers
