RaeS Gingersnaps

Ingredients
- 34 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 14 c molasses
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ginger
Directions
- Cream shortening
- Add sugar and beat in egg and molasses Sift dry ingredients over creamed mixture
- Mix well
- Form into small balls
- Roll in granulated sugar
- Do not flatten
- Bake at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes longer for crispier
