Raised Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 34 c lukewarm milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 c butter softened
- 14 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c flour
Directions
- In large mixer bowl dissolve yeast in warm water
- Add remaining
- ingredients
- beat
- until smooth
- Cover
- Let rise in warm
- place
- 1
- 12 hoursStir down batter
- Cover again let rise
- again for 1 hour or refrigerate 8 to 12 hours overnight Stir

- Pour

- or pitcher into center of hot waffle iron
- Makes about 8 7-inch waffles
