Raisin-Filled Apples

Ingredients
- 13 c raisins
- 14 c packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 14 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 large baking apples cored
Directions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients
- Peel off a strip around top of apples
- Place apples in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish fill centers with nut mixture
- Microcook covered until tender 5 to 6 minutes give dish a half turn twice
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving
- Serves 4
