Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz Kelloggs Raisin Bran cereal
- 3 c sugar
- 5 c plain flour
- 5 tsp soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 c salad oil
- 1 Tbsp apple pie spice
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 qt buttermilk
- 2 c pecans
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a huge bowl
- Add the liquids and beaten eggs and mix well
- You can store in a sealed covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks
- Bake in greased muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray
- Fill 23 full and bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes
- Dont overcook
- These freeze well
- These are very good
