Place milk in a large saucepan heat until warm do not boil Remove form heat
Add bread and next 6 ingredients stir well Spoon mixture evenly into 6 4 ounce ramekins or custard cups coated with cooking spray
Place ramekins in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish add hot water to a depth of 1 inch
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes shield with aluminum foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean Remove ramekins from water Serve pudding warm or chilled
