Raisin Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 3 Tbsp softened butter
- 12 c raisins
- 14 c Amaretto
Directions
- Soak raisins in Amaretto for 1 hour
- Mix cream cheese and butter blending thoroughly
- Add raisins and Amaretto Refrigerate at least 3 hours
- Delicious on homemade breads or crackers
