Raisin Exquisite Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c seedless raisins
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c flaked coconut
- pinch of salt
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Cover raisins with hot water bring to a boil
- Simmer for 5 minutes drain well
- Combine raisins with remaining ingredients mixing well
