Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz box Raisin Bran
- 1 qt buttermilk
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 2 12 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 c flour
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix
- together
- Raisin
- Bran buttermilk oil sugar and eggs Mix
- together flour soda and salt then add to buttermilk mixture
- Refrigerate
- for6 hours
- Mixture keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator
- Bake in lined muffin tins at 375 for 15 minutes Makes 5 dozen
