Raisin Nut PieYields 11-Inch Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c nuts
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c butter
- 4 eggs separated
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- vanilla
Directions
- Coat raisins and nuts with flour
- Beat egg yolks add other ingredients
- Beat egg whites then fold in
- Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
